Dry reactor is also called dry inductor when a conductor is energized it will generate a magnetic field in the certain space category occupied by its all current carrying.
electrical conductors have a general sense of sensibility, but the inductance of a long straight conductor is small the magnetic field generated is not strong, so the actual reactor is wound into a solenoid form called a hollow reactor; Sometimes in order to make the solenoid have a larger inductance an iron core is inserted in the solenoid called an iron core reactor; Reactance is divided into inductive reactance and capacitive reactance the more scientific classification is inductive reactance(inductor) and capacitive reactance(capacitor),collectively referred to as the reactor however, because of the inductor in the past and is called the reactor so now people say the capacitor is the capacitive reactance, and the reactor refers to the inductor.
Product Features:
1.The unique oil-free structure eliminates the disadvantages of oil-immersed reactors, such as oil leakage and the risk of fire, ensuring safe operation.
2.The cylindrical layered structure with multiple parallel windings allows for natural air convection and excellent heat dissipation performance.
3.The winding is made of multiple small cross-sectional wires, which are wound in parallel. This design reduces eddy current and stray magnetic losses.
4.Each layer of wire is impregnated with insulation epoxy resin, which provides high insulation strength. The resin is then cured at high temperatures to enhance its mechanical strength.
Application Areas:
1.Dry-type iron core reactors have relatively low costs when there are no changes in their applications and parameters. They have weaker saturation resistance but smaller volume and are suitable for installation inside high voltage cabinets.
2.Dry-type air-core reactors have strong ability to withstand high current impulse and good linearity. They also have strong saturation resistance but have larger volume and require more installation space, so they are generally suitable for outdoor installation of 35 kV and above.
