The specific after-sales service content is as follows:

•  According to the information provided, XinHuan Dry-type transformer will provide free “three guarantees” service for quality issues that occur during the 12-month warranty period starting from the date of on-site acceptance of the equipment. Upon receiving notification, XinHuan Dry-type transformer will dispatch personnel to the site within 4 to 24 hours to provide free guidance on usage, troubleshooting, and repair or replacement of components.

•  If an equipment failure occurs outside the warranty period, upon receiving notification, the after-sales service personnel will arrive at the site within 4 to 24 hours to assist with troubleshooting, repair, or replacement of components. However, please note that in this case, the cost of the replacement parts will be charged.

•  Free provision of technical documentation as stipulated in the contract.

•  Free dispatch of specialized personnel to provide technical guidance, assist with equipment installation and debugging, collaborate on technical work related to interfacing with other devices, and provide on-site technical guidance services.

•  We offer free training for 1-2 equipment operators and maintenance personnel.

•  We provide lifelong maintenance services for our customers’ products.
