GCS Low-Voltage Drawer Switchgear is made of steel plate and has a sealed enclosure. The electrical components of the input and output circuits are installed in drawers that can be pulled out. The functional unit is separated from the bus or cable by a functional plate made of ground metal or plastic. There is also an isolation measure between each functional unit. Drawer-type switchgear has high reliability, safety and interchangeability, and is a relatively advanced switchgear.
1.Increasing the thermal capacity of the transition component can significantly reduce the additional temperature rise caused by the temperature rise of the transition component to the connectors, cable terminations, and spacers.
2.The separation between functional units and compartments is clear and reliable, which ensures that a failure in one unit does not affect the operation of other units, limiting the fault to the smallest possible scope.
3.The horizontal arrangement of busbars provides good dynamic and thermal stability for the device and can withstand the impact of short-circuit currents of 80/176kA.
4.The connection between the device and external cables is completed in the cable compartment, where the cables can enter and exit from both the top and bottom. The zero-sequence current transformer is located in the cable compartment for easy installation and maintenance.
5.The drawer unit is equipped with a sufficient number of secondary plug-in connectors (32 pairs or more for 1 unit, and 20 pairs for 1/2 unit), which can meet the requirements for the number of connection points for computer interfaces and automatic control circuits.
1. The ambient air temperature is not higher than 40℃ and not lower than -15℃.
2. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed 50 degrees Celsius. If the temperature exceeds 50 degrees Celsius, reduce the capacity according to the actual situation.
