ZGS-NE series new energy special American box transformer is a composite transformer with high voltage fuse, multi-station load switch, non-excitation voltage tap switch as the internal parts of the transformer, installed in the transformer tank, and low voltage equipment outside the transformer. For photovoltaic power generation system, the low voltage of the inverter (adapted to the output voltage of various kinds of inverter) is raised to the grid connection voltage (10kV or 35KV) for grid connection, and the high voltage switch is oil-immersed switch.

Product Features:
1.The design standards comply with the requirements of GB/T 10217-2013 and GB/T 6451.
2.All live parts are inside the enclosure without any exposed live parts. It has a fully sealed and insulated structure, reliable safety performance and it can effectively prevent foreign body intrusion.
3.It can be connected to the ring network power supply system and form the ring network power supply system with the ring network cabinet, ring network boxes or cable branch boxes, or it can be configured as a terminal type.
4.It has a small size and in the same voltage and level and capacity of the power distribution system, our company’s product volume is only one third of the European style box transformers.
5.It has a compact structure, and all complete equipment is compactly placed inside or on the transformer box. There is no additional auxiliary equipment. The high-voltage side uses an insert-type fuse as protection, which is easy for inspection, operation, and maintenance. The low-voltage side circuit breakers are fixedly installed, with safe and reliable connections and strong stability.
6.The control (auxiliary) transformer room. It can convert the output voltage of the inverter into power frequency alternating current (single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V) for the power supply of auxiliary equipment and other lighting equipment.
7.The low-voltage side also uses photovoltaic-specific surge protector to provide professional protection against the harmonics, overvoltage, and interference issues of the inverter.
