The YBW-NE series European-style box-type transformer for new energy sources is a complete set of power distribution equipment consisting of high-voltage switchgear, power transformers, low-voltage switchgear, intelligent control equipment, connection and auxiliary equipment. It is specifically designed for use in new energy generation systems to boost the low voltage output (suitable for all types of inverter output voltage) from the inverter to the voltage level required by the power grid system (10kV or 35kV) for use by the grid.

Installation
site: no severe vibration and bumps, and no conductive dust and corrosive gas.
Special conditions of use: such as sand, high
altitude, and salt spray, can be customized accordingly.
1. The design standards comply with the requirements of GB/T 17467-2010 and GB/T 8754-2007.
2. The high-voltage power supply system can be
arranged in various ways, such as ring network power supply, terminal power
supply, dual power supply, and can also be customized by users. The
high-voltage cabinet has multiple protection functions against transformer
short circuit and overload, etc. It can also be equipped with high-voltage
measuring components to meet the requirements for high-voltage measurement.
3. The transformer room can choose oil-immersed
or dry-type transformers, and can be equipped with room temperature monitoring
and self-starting ventilation and cooling devices as needed.
4. The low-voltage room, according to user
requirements, can use panel cabinet structure to form the required power supply
solution. The outgoing circuit of the inverter can also be customized according
to user requirements. The low-voltage room has moulded case
circuit breakers (MCCB )and air circuit breakers(ACB ) can be used as required to
all-round protection transformer and inverter from overload short circuit.
5. The high and low voltage complete sets of
equipment and transformers are fixedly installed, and there are manholes and operating spaces inside the box-type
for convenient installation and maintenance.
6. The control
(auxiliary) transformer room is located inside the box-type transformer. It can
convert the output voltage of the inverter into power frequency alternating
current (single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V) for the power supply of auxiliary
equipment and other lighting equipment, ensuring the reliable operation of the
box-type substation.
7. The high and low voltage rooms have
reasonable structure and comprehensive anti-misoperation interlocking function.
The components used in the high and low voltage rooms have reliable performance
and convenient operation. Their running status can be directly observed and
operated through the panel instrument indicator lights on the cabinet, which is
clear at a glance.
8. The appearance can be customized as
landscape style according to user needs, with shell color coordinated with the
surrounding environment, playing a role in embellishing and beautifying the
environment.
9. The low-voltage side uses
photovoltaic-specific surge protector to provide professional protection
against the harmonics, overvoltage and interference issues of the inverter.
